Who doesn’t enjoy a refreshing mimosa, especially during a lovely brunch? These breakfast cocktails are not only an acceptable reason to drink in the morning, but can also be an elegant addition when entertaining early afternoon. I have taken this brunch drink one step further with Prosecco Ice, a fun way to make your next mimosa more fabulous.
Prosecco Ice Mimosas
A Fun new way to create a brunch cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Your Favorite Prosecco
- Ice tray
- 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
- 1 quart Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Instructions

Fill an ice tray with prosecco and one slice of strawberry and freeze overnight.

When you are ready to serve, pop out the ice, add as many cubes as you would like to your favorite juice and enjoy.
Recipe Notes
Note: the ice will not be as hard as a normal ice cube so be careful when removing from tray!
This brunch treat is a fun way to change up the way you serve mimosas, plus they will add a refreshing chill during a hot summer day!
