Bring on the champagne—the holidays are upon us! December is holiday party season, and though it may be a bit overwhelming, it is my favorite time of the year. Due to my love for all things formal, I can’t get enough of holiday parties. They may torture my liver, but between the sparkly, festive decorations, delicious food, and chance to get all dolled up, I look forward to every party of the season.
So what to wear to the many events happening at this time of year? I don’t recommend buying new clothes for every holiday event unless you want to end up wasting money. It’s unlikely you will see the same people at every party, so create some festive looks by repurpose your existing wardrobe. For that one holiday party that calls for something extra special, however, find a dress with the “wow” factor. An LWD or little white dress is the perfect combination of elegance and glamour for the holidays. I love wearing white during the winter months because it always looks super luxurious.
