Happy almost Spring! Last week’s warm weather weekend in New York finally gave me hope that the season will soon be changing. With the first sign of spring in sight, I had to take advantage of it. Because it’s still winter, you can’t just ditch your coat and act like it wasn’t 12 degrees last weekend, you have to transition your wardrobe as the weather changes.
Adding a pop of color to your look can help get you out of that winter rut! This hot pink number from Gilt’s label Ava & Aiden (sold out) is the perfect transitional piece to compliment your light colored outer wear. I am wearing my favorite DVF wrap coat that I purchased earlier in the season. Pair this look with a great clutch and a matching pair of pumps, since it’s not quite open toe weather, and you’re ready to spring forward.
